WARRANTY
Brilliant fires are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase - any rectification would normally be carried out by the dealer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
DIMENSIONS
All dimensions are approximate and are subject to change - we recommend that product dimensions are physically checked before commencing installation or cutting fireplace materials.
 
IMPROVEMENTS
We reserve the right to alter and improve our products without prior notice and we recommend viewing before purchase. In the event of material shortages we reserve the right to replace Corian with an alternative solid surface material.
 
SERVICING
All gas fires must be installed and then serviced annually by a CORGI registered engineer.
 

SAFETY
An appropriate fireguard must be fitted where the young, elderly or infirm are concerned.
 
DURING USE
Due to the high temperatures in gas fires, fuel bed ceramics may crack with initial heat shrinkage and this is normal. Carbon deposits are a natural by-product of combustion and lighter coloured ceramics may be more affected. Painted and finished surfaces may discolour during use. Please follow the cleaning and installation instructions provided.
