How soon will I receive my Brilliant Fire?
All our gas and electric fires are hand made in our factory in Cheshire. Since each fire is made to order delivery of your Brilliant Fire should take around 2 - 4 weeks.
How soon will I receive my Good as New Fire?
Our Good as New Fires are in stock and ready to dispatch, once we've received your order we'll configure your fire to your requirements and deliver your fire within one week.
How much is delivery?
Electric Fires - We offer free delivery on all our electric fires to mainland UK. There are certain Highland postcodes that may incur a subsidised charge. Please contact us for details.
Gas Fires - We charge for delivery on all our Good As New gas fires or you can collect for free from our Cheshire factory. Please contact us for details.
