Information about your two year parts guarantee
Congratulations! You now own your own Brilliant fire or fireplace. All our fires are manufactured to the very highest standard for both safety and durability. When properly used and maintained your fire will perform perfectly for many years.
However, just to be sure, we provide a peace of mind 2 year parts only guarantee (subject to annual service) against material and manufacturing defects.
The 2 year parts guarantee applies from the date of purchase. We undertake to send you a replacement part should a component fail within the guarantee period. Simply return the part to us (carriage paid) quoting your invoice number and the nature of the fault and we will dispatch a replacement part within three working days, free of charge on a “Next Working Day” courier service. The guarantee is for parts only, labour charges are not included. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Warranty Claim Process for Electric Fires
- Diagnose fault by following the fault finder in the instructions that came with your fire.
- If you fail to diagnose the fault then please ring the technical helpline for further instructions on 01254 682384
- If you require technical assistance you must have ready your product code and serial number for the appliance, these can be found on the data badge.
