Brilliant Fires (Made-to-Order Electric Fires):
All our fires are handmade in our Cheshire factory to order. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on production schedules.

Delivery Costs

Electric Fires:
We offer free standard delivery on all electric fires to mainland UK addresses. Certain Highland postcodes may incur a subsidised delivery charge. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Details

• Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses. For delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland, please contact us to confirm eligibility and charges.

• Two-man delivery is available for selected fireplaces at an additional charge, indicated by the two-man delivery logo on the product page.

• Delivery times vary depending on stock and location. We will notify you of any expected delays.

• Drivers will assist with moving goods to the nearest accessible point but cannot move items over gravel, narrow openings, or up steps. We recommend arranging additional help if needed.

• Please inspect your goods on delivery and report any damage to the driver immediately.
