Your 2-Year Parts Guarantee
Congratulations on owning a Brilliant fire or fireplace! All our products are manufactured to the highest standards to ensure safety, reliability, and durability. When used and maintained properly, your fire will provide many years of excellent performance.
To give you extra peace of mind, we offer a 2-year parts-only guarantee (subject to annual servicing) against defects in materials and workmanship.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty applies from the date of purchase.
It covers replacement parts for any component that fails due to manufacturing defects within the 2-year period.
Labour or installation costs are not covered under this warranty.
Your statutory rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Check the fault by using the fault-finder guide in your fire’s instruction manual.
If you cannot diagnose the problem, please contact us for assistance.
When you contact us, have your product code and serial number ready — these can be found on the appliance’s data badge.
If a part replacement is needed, return the faulty part to us carriage paid, quoting your invoice number and details of the fault.
We will dispatch the replacement part free of charge using a Next Working Day courier service within three working days of receiving your claim.
Important Notes
The guarantee covers parts only — labour costs, installation, or any other expenses are not included.
The warranty is valid only if the product has been used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions, including any required annual servicing.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer laws.
