Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Return Policy
If you are a consumer (not a business), your purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. This gives you a 14 working day cooling-off period starting from the day after you receive your goods. During this time, you can cancel your order for any reason.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email to info@brilliantfires.co.uk (please use this email only) or by post. Please include your Order Number in all communications.
Returning Goods
Goods must be returned unused, uninstalled, unmarked, and in a saleable condition with their original packaging.
We advise you to keep the packaging, as it will help protect the goods during return shipping.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Refunds
We will issue your refund within 7 working days of receiving your cancellation notice or the returned goods, whichever is later.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
After Dispatch Cancellations
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
