Here you’ll find instructions and spare parts information for our electric fireplaces and previous gas models. We’re always adding more resources, so if you can’t find the exact manual or part you’re looking for, just let us know — we’ll be happy to help you get what you need.

When ordering your spare parts you’ll need the product code from your fire so we can determine which parts are suitable. Additionally you should have had a Gas Safe engineer come and assess your appliance and give you a diagnosis.
