Yes all prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Where applicable, we include all standard flue sets in the price advertised on the website, any deviation from standard flue sets will be chargeable and you should have your Gas Safe Engineer work out your flue run before ordering. (This is for balanced flue fires only)

Delivery is free of charge on the majority of our products. There may be a delivery charge to some remote postcodes. To see if this applies to you please see the delivery chart shown on the delivery page. There may also be a delivery charge for some of the larger products on the site, which you will be made aware of when we process your order.

All prices on our website include delivery to mainland UK. We do deliver to the Isle of Wight, Highland Mainlands and the Scottish Islands, however, there are additional delivery charges to these areas.

All our fires are made to order especially for you here in the UK. This means that delivery times can vary from product to product. If you want to find out how quickly we can get a product delivered to you, please email us.

Please ring us during our opening hours and we will process your order over the phone. We do also accept cheque's or bank transfers. So if you would like to send us a cheque or carry out a bank transfer please email us at info@brillaintfires.co.uk and we will email you the details of how to do this.

No, for security reasons we will only ship to the card registered address. This is a precautionary measure we´ve had to implement to protect our customers. Unfortunately fraudulent use of credit cards continues to exist and this is one of the ways we try and ensure that no one is using your card illegally.
